Royal Inn

Was awaken by banging on the door at 10:03. Check outs at 10. Management begin to chastise me as if I was a child. In all my adult years I've never felt so disrespected. Be warned

Hotel management is ridiculous. I wanted a room for 2 and at check in lady said there were 3 in my car I said to her cause we were getting dropped off. Lady at front desk started to yell at me as if she was doing me a favor by renting me a hotel room. Rude, unprofessional when I asked her for my card back as I wasn’t going to rent the room anymore she literally threw my card in the desk. Would never even consider to rent to help this nasty place with the pandemic. Might as well spend an extra 40 bucks and get a decent room with a chain hotel that has customer service standards and a better facility. The Hope you don’t stay in business.

It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! Ive never felt so disrespected by motel management!! They didnt even want to give us more towels. The lady yelled an insisted on arguing with everyone customer about whatever she can find. Not a friendly,hospitable, clean, or safe enviroment. I wouldnt recommend the ANYONE not even the homeless to go here, the beach would be better.

Paper-thin walls. I could hear every car that passed by, and that was a lot. The entrance to the room was hidden in the back. The decor was minimal and plain. I'll take my $80 spent and stay somewhere nicer next time.

Don't bother if you're hispanic or black. First off.. When I got tot he room, all I could hear was cars driving by. Then I noticed she gave me a smoking room, I returned to the office and asked for a non-smoking room. She told me all the rooms were smoking. So when I got back to the room for sleep, all I could hear were the crackheads, prostitutes and cars passing by. Then when I woke up in the morning.. I had bed bug bites!! I told her about this and she got defensive and rude so I said I was going to post a review on google. Then she called me and idiot. I would never in my life recommend this to families or anyone other than drug dealers and prostitutes.
