I made a purchase on a website where it failed to tell residents they have no electricity. Yesterday I made a dispute and still haven’t received my payment after talking to apple support. On the booking app for some reason it gives me no cancellation option and it’s also saying if I do it will be a charge. Please be mindful of others who spend there money with you knowing your business is not up and running at the moment and please stop stealing and send people they’re money back.

The hotel is a remodeled motel from the 1960's. Stayed there for one night during the Masters. A fine, budget option for one night. Bed was actually very comfortable and appeared new. Clean bathroom and carpets. Small tv, good mini-fridge.|It will do.

You have no privacy. They want to clean your room even with you in it. If you use your own towels & not their’s they will say you stole their towels. They ban everyone from the property for no reason & will make you leave last minute. No visitors allowed, not even family. Certainly need new owners & a better way of running the place.

The conditions in this hotel are unacceptable. The room is infested with bed bugs, as evident from the photos provided, and the level of cleanliness is shockingly poor. It’s appalling to encounter such unsanitary conditions. I kindly requested a refund due to these serious issues, but my request was unreasonably denied. I must inform you that I will be reporting this matter to the local health department and the Better Business Bureau to ensure that no one else endures such a terrible experience. Furthermore, I will be posting reviews on all major platforms to inform other potential guests about these issues. This is a serious health and safety violation, and I expect immediate action to address this matter.

Very renovated. I stayed 5 nights. No smells, new carpet, new bed, new everything. I advise anyone reading this to Consider this model. Forget any motels on Washington Rd. They're stinky especially heritage and super 8. The only recommendation is breakfast, they should add coffee machine in rooms
