Perfect place to think about retirement! The homes are well kept, neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are beautiful! A great big pond sits on the property surrounded by whispering pine trees. The ducks are fun to watch!

Had a friend on a walker buy a place. The manager was horrible. Kept fining her for grass being to long. Maintenence was horrible. Took a loss on home and had to move within a year due to management constantly harassing her. Don't move in there or dont put your elderly in there. It's horrible.

PLEASE do yourself and./or your elderly loved ones a favor and DON'T let them buy a mobile home in this TERRIBLE place. My mother lives there and she along with so many of her neighbors are miserable living there now. The property was recently sold in the last 12 months or so and the new owners (none of the residents even know who the new owners are) sadly they are forced to deal with a Woman "Ms. Brooks" who is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and hateful woman. She completely ignores calls, emails and communications from the residents but at the same time is very quick to assess fines against the residents when they don't do what she tells them to do. She implements rules without reason or logic. The latest is putting up a sign requiring that "all leaves must be removed from reside

If Management and maintenance weren’t so difficult to reach and get them to follow through with what they say they’ll do, their ratings would go up tremendously. They will hunt you down to give you a pink slip and get you to comply to their standards, but if you need something or if they make a mistake that they need to fix, they become a ghost town. No joke.

Making a bunch of elderly people slave and manicure there yards perfectly when most are on a fixed income and are not in good enough health to do so is ridiculous. Plus the ever spying individuals who dont have anything other to do with there time than to complain about every little thing that think is going on is crazy. If you looking for a quiet relaxing place to live out your golden years...pass on this place.
