My Brother-in-law lives in this mobile home park, and I think it's absolutely beautiful! I like the idea of the community events each week. Cook outs, breakfast, and bingo. That's a great way to get to know your neighbors and everyone in the community. I wish they did this where I live.

the owner of the park is a very nice guy and most people living there are very friendly. Update:2/26/23 The park is now owned by "the community" even though in reality it is owned by the state. But that was the better option. Most things have stayed the same and it is a great place to live

Since the residents purchased the park there has been major improvements both to the park and to individual homes. It has the feeling of a caring community and old-fashioned neighborhoods where people introduce themselves and take a moment to say hi.

Great community, well kept, great location

Almost all the homes were well taken care of, the only drawback here is that I found out they didn't allow dogs,cats were ok. Very nice person came out to chitchat with me when I was looking. My realtor had been informed that dogs were allowed. The best way to really investigate a park is to talk with the people that live there. HOA fee is reasonable and the park looks as if it's taken care of. Office just up from the entry. Easy access to rtes 28,495.
