Roundhouse Inn

Thank God Carson Hills apts is 3500.00 a month and they evicted us for no reason so we got this place and with an 81 or old and 2 support dogs this was last resort. Well 6 months and every night we here polic, fire and ambulance vehicles. You get no wifi! And they expect you to call AT&T and pay another 100.00 a month on top of a 1145.00 studio for wifi when they say they have it!! Then on top of if nobody cleans the yard of dog shit and garbage and I have to do it!! And they never have any management here!!! The owner needs to be called now!

Finally escaped that hell hole. It's always been full of trailer trash addicts. The rooms are way overpriced for their size, too easy to break into, the power always goes out when you have too much going on at once and maintenance never fixes anything. There's never anyone in the office until it's time to collect rent and they never kick anyone out no matter how loud and stupid they are. I've heard the Rodeway Inn next door is worse, though.

I live here because where I used to live, (for over 10 yrs.) raised the rent SEVERAL times until I could no longer afford it. I thank God for Roundhouse Inn for being there at a very trying time in my life. The rooms are small but they're clean and warm and they accept my cat. It's quiet for the most part and the landlord isn't breathing down your neck, a definite +!

Very quaint...a lil bit over priced...Good quality amenities. Would recommend a walk through inspection and renters insurance. Very friendly Super Intendant. Would be helpful to have outgoing mail service. Pet friendly atmosphere. Most all tenants get along well. Adiqate parking and clean grounds.

I am very spiritual, and my gut tells me from all that I witnessed living there, one particular man I feel is embezzling from the owner, he doesn't give the managers receipts when he picks up money and check's for deposit, then these managers eventually get fired. He goes on several vacations. I'm usually right in my investigations!
