Not worth living here at all. Owners are performing shady business practices... lots are unlevel and barren... no country store as described on website, spaces are large if and only if you dont have slide outs... that also was a false description on the website... water here is extremely hard... you have to clean out your water heater every few months... they recently put meters on the water too... very overpriced for what you get..., Many unhappy tenants, there is a registered child sex offender that stays in a trailer there on and off and is listed as a vagrant on Megan's law... there is minimal parking for guests, very little work or opportunity nearby... very very old run down overcrowded and overpriced place.... the on site manager is the nicest guy ever but is terrible
