Rosewood Motel

A loved one of mine stayed here last night as they were looking for a last minute place. Google makes this juncture if you will look somewhat good. If you want to stay in a place that smells like mildew, has hair on “clean” towels, fridge doesn’t work, stains on the bed, drunks slamming doors all night be my guest. As soon as I picked him up all I could smell was mildew. This place needs a serious deep clean and attitude change. Now we are both stuck feeling ill as we are both highly allergic to mildew.

The Rosewood was a very clean and neat accommodation. The room was clean (bathroom spotless) bed passed inspection with flying colors. We were in Wareham overnight or a family Celebration of Life event, the Rosewood more than delivered for our needs. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to spend the night for a quick visit to the Cape! Our room had all the basic amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quite at night and close to a lot of great restaurants and the highway. The price you couldn't beat compared to more expensive hotels int he area! We took 2 cars and were able to leave one in the parking lot after we checked and and went to the beach. We were also able to check early after our long drive!

Unfortunately my stay with the Rosewood Motel ended before it began. I booked a weekend trip at the Rosewood Motel a few days in advance. Booking was overall very easy- the rates were decent and they also offer bookings through third party platforms. A little about myself: I travel a lot for work, and I have a disability that requires me to travel with service animals. I prefer to stay at pet-friendly properties, since they show more compassion for my pets, but my preference isn’t always possible. That was the case with my upcoming trip to Wareham. The Rosewood Motel was the only available option within my budget. On my itinerary, I noted that I would be traveling with service animals. I was immediately contacted by the hotel and advised that I would need to provide a “State-Issued ID”

I recently stayed at the Rosewood Motel after doing a great amount of research on line. I had to be in the area for a uncertain time due to a family illness and found myself faced with limited vacancies and very high prices due to the summer season and the many attractions of the Cape. I wish there was a way to expunge all the negative reviews of the past years as obviously ownership must have changed. My room was quiet, comfortable, VERY clean, with fresh bath linens every day and the bed made. It was very simple/basic in its decor and small, but efficient with a generously sized refrigerator and microwave, A/C, and also windows that actually opened, which is always preferable in my mind.
