Rose city Inn & Suites

Positive: Not much Negative: No coffee in the room and most of the furniture had been removed.The shower needed work and it felt like you were checking in at a prison instead of a motel.

No AC at main desk check in, had to be at lease 85 to 90 degrees in there. Little to no maintenance throughout the building and if they did try to repair or paint something it was cheaply done. Receptionist not very helpful or welcoming. Very outdated, remotes did not even have batteries in them. Smelled like mildew and dirty musky carpet, mildew in shower. Toilet seat and toilet paper holder almost falling off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place!!! My mom booked this place trying to save money, lesson learned for her, you truly get what you pay for. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the chairs or bed in that building much less sleeping there

I paid for 6 nights since I had job interviews. I requested them two times in 6 days of stay: Freezer in refrigerator was dirty, no one come to clean and rooms gave me allergies, sneezing and runny nose, itchy eyes. Hallway or walkway out of rooms was full of weed smell. They said they can not control weed smoke in their own motel! Just appreciate to give me print out of my resume and cover letter for the job which I didn't get.

Only half of the lights worked, people yelling all night long, the floor boards were broken and the door was so gapped that someone could see through the cracks. The website said free continental breakfast but they didn’t serve any. It was so hot and smelt like cigarettes.

Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to. This was one of the worse places I’ve stayed at and I’ve travelled a lot. There was no shower, no conditioner, and the whole place smelled horrible even in the halls and lobby. The people at the front desk were just on their phones not really paying attention to me even though I was very kind and polite. The room had cracked floor and duct tape on the floor. The room wasn’t very clean, as I found rusted bathtub, someone’s old earring near the toilet, and there was no phone inside, no ice bucket, nothing. There was no lever for the shower, so I couldn’t even take a shower. The furniture was very damaged and old. The walls had stains on them. Please stay somewhere better! They charged way too much and the lock was broken!
