Rolling Hills Mobile Terrace & RV Park

The manager there is one of the rudest and disrespectful humans I have ever come into contact with that plays that big of a role over a community. I have been here on multiple occasions visiting friends and, most of the time, haven't even seen the manager. I go in there with respect, follow the rules that I am aware of, and being kind to those I interact with. Many of my friends have told me the disrespect the manager has shown them but I never really interacted with them until one day, out of the blue, the manager verbally attacked me, physically hit my vehicle with something, and told me I couldn't be there. My family and I just spent the last year living here and we would definitely come back if we are ever out that way again. Nancy is very nice and almost always available to answer questions or help in any way you need. They keep the roads clean and free of constantly falling debris and over all it was a very quiet place I felt comfortable with my son. We also had awesome neighbors on both sides of us. The heated pool was another great bonus! We have stayed in RV parks all over the country and this was one of the best.

I dont find the park manager not very nice at all she woke me up at 11 at night to complain about what my husband does with our stuff. and is very rude she has even yelled at me over stuff i have no control over .then she texts my husband and tells him she never yelled at me . To make me look like a liar. Waking me up to complain loudly at 11 at night . To me is yelling at me . She accused us of wasting water on our garden boxes . Because a little bit of water was on the ground underneath my trailer and going down the road a little ways . All the other neighbors use way more water then we do and they have it pooled up underneath theyer RVs and running down the road all the time . And it was a nonemergency something that could have waited till morning.

My husband and I have been here for 4+ years, and really love it! Park manager, Brandi, and maintenance, Bobby, are so awesome! They do a great job, and are very friendly. We also enjoy the community of our caring neighbors, who watch over each other. The park is quiet and very clean. Great access to shopping etc. UPDATE: We moved away over a year ago, and we miss some of the awesome folks who still live there! Nancy was kind to us, and we appreciate that! The downside that I'd like to mention is that every year that we lived at RH...(5 years)..the rent went up $40.00/yr! ...so that definitely is something to consider for some people moving in!

Managment here is great. The reason for only 4 stars is that there are a few sites with the ground breaking up on the site itself, likely due to tree roots or maybe that some of the sites experiencing this are positioned on or near the downward slope leading to the back end of the park. This could make leveling / stabilizing your coach a bit more difficult. We did run into a problem with the sewer line. The previous occupants did not put the cover on when they left, and some debris had clogged it up prior to us hooking up. Service + response time was pretty impressive. Within an hour of emailing the site manager, a service crew came out and already had the problem resolved. Aside from this, everything else has met or surpassed our expectations.
