Rodeway Inn Winslow I-40

Two of us stayed one night. As an introduction the office was a dark cave. The room was clean but certainly did not resemble the pictures on the website. The mattress was placed on top of a metal box so every time one sat on the edge of the bed or turned over in bed the sound was disconcerting. There was no closet but a place to hang clothes but no clothes hangers. There was a desk chair but unfortunately the wheels did not roll. Breakfast was included but dismal. The only source of protein was milk for cereal. There was coffee but no juice. The outer drapes did not fit the window and the inner drapes had holes in them. I will look for other accommodations next time.

Sonia and her husband were very hospitable. Sonia gave me an upgrade on my room to a king bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and comfortable. The customer service was great. Thank you both!

Reserved a double bed but was told my room was upgraded to single bed. Checked in, paid deposit by cash. Inspected room, single bed was a double far from an upgrade. Bed had blood and urine stains on sheets and mattress. Old shirt between headboard and mattress had bugs crawling out of it. Tried to ask for another room and was told there were none and could not cancel. Tried to check out and get deposit back but was told to leave. I submitted complaint to Choice Hotels.

This place is pretty run down. The rooms are old, dingy and musty. I was afraid to lay on the beds and even shower as well. The linen were basically worn out and towels were dingy white. Signs downstairs have charges for damages/stains to things that are already dingy, old, worn and burnt holes in blankets. There are Damages to walls, doors and locks. I waited last minute to make reservations during the holidays so this was the only place that was available and for sure I will not return here for any future stays. I was charged a deposit without being told there was a deposit charge. I just hope I receive that deposit back. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't care about anything then this the place for you.

Excellent Stay at Rodeway Inn Winslow! I stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything worked perfectly — good Wi-Fi, hot showers, and plenty of parking. Overall, a great value for the price and one of the best motel experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Winslow!
