Rodeway Inn & Suites North Padre Island Drive

The rooms were on, we needed up moving rooms midstay due to the air conditioning going out, but they handled quickly and effectively, and honestly think goodness for the air conditioner going out because the room had smelt something horrible. Once moved to new room it was great, no smell. Only issue is housekeeping could definitely do a better job. Room had hair EVRYWHERE. Breakfast is ok, but no juice in ghe juice dispenser the entire two weeks I stayed. Perfect location to the plants if you’re there for that. Would stay again if I work in that area.

My expectations were pretty low, but this was the dirtiest smelliest place I have ever stayed. Upon arrival, clerk was asleep in chair and all communication was through glass window though he didn’t seem to speak English very well and I could barely hear him. I verified twice that it was a non smoking room, he assured me it was. Room smelled badly of stale smoke to the point that all of my belongings that were in the room still stink days later. It also caused upper respiratory issues for me as an asthmatic. Bodily fluid stains on bedding, hair all over bathroom, animal claw marks inside bathroom door, and door to room looked like something from a horror movie. Both days I stayed house keeping banged on door and yelled and attempted entry even though I said “no thank you” for service, and

Booked this through Priceline. Got in very late. Room was horribly dirty, but the sheets looked clean, so I just went to sleep. Got up in the night and found roaches all over the bathroom which quickly ran into a crack by the counter when I turned on the light. The toilet seat would not stay up so it rested on my back while I was using the bathroom. I went back to bed to sleep because I needed to work the next day. I had booked several nights, but cannot take this place. When I left this morning I noticed several fresh empty bear bottles strewn around outside. This place is creepy. I called Priceline, who said I needed to call the hotel. I called the hotel and they said they would NOT offer a refund for the unused nights to Priceline, and would not even give me the name of a man

It smells bad, it looks bad, and it feels bad. The breakfast is bad, because there is no breakfast. They’re vending machines don’t work. And on top of that each time I went to go unlock my door to get into my room. I had to constantly go back to their lobby and have them recharge the card and they made it seem like it was my fault why the card constantly failed. they even wrote on the card with sharpie marker to make sure I was using the right card and I was definitely using the right card. The customer service is horrible and after losing my phone and trying to see where it was at by asking very politely to the lobby manager. I have to have a police report in order to do so. Do not and I repeat do not spend one night in this motel unless it is your last option.

The worst experience of my life. They charged us with our card and when we arrived at the front desk they charged us cash. Terrible customer service. They actually stole my money for two rooms. Zero 🌟 and that wasn't all, the rooms were dirty, the shower and toilet were disgusting. If you don't want to lose your money and risk being robbed by charging you with your card and cash once you're there, don't visit them, save your valuable time. The rooms are too dirty. I'm really upset about this situation. No one answers, no one takes responsibility.
