Rodeway Inn South Point

This motel was very clean! The staff at the front desk was very easy to deal with! I will definitely stay here again. The bed was nice! We stayed in a smoking room but it was clean and didn't smell bad like most smoking rooms. Bed was comfortable as well!

The stay was what I expected. Beds were a little hard and pillows were flat. Room was overall clean though. TV had basic cable. Air conditioning took a while to cool down in 90 degree weather. No brekafsst unlike most Rodeway inns but they didn't advertise one. My only surprise was that the bathroom door was damaged and their was hair hanging from the ceiling above the shower. Parking lot was tight. A no frills hotel

Badly in need of renovations. Terrible odor in the room. The only ice machine in the entire facility was broken. Was asked to pay a cash deposit which seemed strange. I’ve stayed in a much nicer hotel for a much cheaper price.

We checked in and was double charged, the front desk person was rude and would not let me speak. I tried to find out why we were charged twice for our room and he would not let me talk and kept cutting me off. It was my wife, myself and our daughter and we were given two towels and a half of roll of toilet paper for our room, when we ask for more towels we were given attitude for asking,it was just horrible service and the room just was cheaply pierced together. I would not recommend using this place unless there is no other choice.

Booked a room for 2 nights for my son and father in-law, who traveled from Florida to Ashland, Kentucky to attend the Rock the Country Mesic Festival. This room was the closest hotel I could find to the fairgrounds where the concerts were being held. They attempted to checkin after attending the concert all day only to be met by a very rude, and nasty female manger, who refused to allow them to checkin since the room was under my name. Mind you my son had the same name, but the manager refused to allow them to checkin and also refused to make any changes to the name on the room. Manager refused to accept a phone call from me to authorize them to stay in the room I book and also denied to rent them the room under their own name. After refusing to allow them to checkin, she charged my debit
