Rodeway Inn South Houston

This was the first time I ever walked out of a hotel. Multiple cockroches, burnholes in the upholstry, broken glass in the picture frames, broken ceramic on the toilet and hair in the bowl, and hair and grass in the bed. They did finally refund me but not until after they tried to gaslight me saying that "theres no hair on the bedsheets" and "the rooms are clean" when they very clearly are not. Don't stay here.

It was a decent hotel. Staffing was nice and housekeeper was nice as well. Room had no iron and ironing board had a hole in fabric and plug on one side of bad lamp didn't work. And there was also missing light bulb. The towels we had when we got there had stains on them even though they were washed so we were only able to use one of them. I had to go ask for towels the next day. But all in all I would stay there again. I just get a little discouraged sometimes because at other choice hotels we receive a welcome package either a water bottle and snack or even just a thank you for being a choice hotel member. Here we didn't. They were not rude but they may need to just lock it up a notch on their greeting of theor choice hotel members. Thank you

Y'all do not discount choice.Basically, there's no reason to even have an account with y'all.I pay the same amount directly at the property.The amount of points that I'll give for stays sucks.Y'all don't compensate whenever someone tries to prove that they got more stays

Horrendous place to stay even for 1 night. This motel is disgusting, infested with bold roaches, they crawled right on me . After seeing and killing the 8th roach I started taking pictures. There was a farm of roaches right behind the old broken down TV stand, the roaches were crawling on the walls on the table, everywhere. I sat on the red couch when I first got in the room, but it smelled as though someone had urinated on it and in the corner. The bathroom was a complete horror scene, tub filthy toilet disgusting and roaches where everywhere, including the refrigerator. The air conditioner did not work ( no heat ) decided I could not stay any longer due to the unsanitary conditions. There were thumbnails on the bed which poked my partner. Well I did see a few roaches through out the entire room, the restroom had black mold all along the ceiling corner of the entire restroom, the floor tile was cracked In pieces big enough to have to be cautious if you had to walk barefoot but even at that,, I wouldn't walk around barefoot bcuz most likely you would end up getting a cut on your foot wirh the razor sharp floor tiles that are broken and have been for quite some time now. That's what I got tl.say about my more than one night stay.
