The nightly rate shouldn't be more than $40.00. For one, there is black mold everywhere. Painting over the problem, nor hiding it with furniture, fixes the problem. The lighting in the room is very depressing. I'm not in the hospital, under interrogation, or prison/jail. The smell is so offputting.The floors are dirty. The beds are so uncomfortable. I would not recommend for anyone that has a choice. Unfortunately, my stay is work related and I don't have a choice 😭 However, the staff is wonderful, helpful, and very friendly. I blame the owner, not them. The owner knows better, they just seem not to care. The Better Business Bureau and the Health Department will though.

Marquetta was amazing. She worked the feont desk and was able to help me with an issue with my room without making me feel bad for the complaint. She smiled and just helped me get it taken care of. She was the so helpful and friendly, i give her the 5star rating!. The room door would not lock, it just pushed open. It was a broken lock the needed fixed that they were not aware of. She quickly was able to move me from that room. I was accidentally placed in a smoking room in the beginning and didnt realize until I stepped in the room. (Im not a smoker, so it was overwhelming) I just toughed it out because it was very late , so she corrected that as well. Thank you Marquetta!

The room smelled, the floors, walls and door frames were filthy. As you can see I used the wash cloth to clean the floor, it’s just disgusting. And when I made a complaint about the desk clerk was so unbothered by it
