Rodeway Inn Logan International Airport

I strongly recommend that others do NOT park their vehicle at this hotel parking. During my parking period, I found a large scratch on my car, which was very disappointing. Because of the waiver I had signed, there was effectively no accountability or protection for my vehicle. Before parking, you are required to sign a liability waiver that removes almost all responsibility from the hotel. Based on the document, the hotel does not provide security, takes no responsibility for damage, theft, or loss, and can tow your vehicle at your own expense. The agreement clearly puts all risk on the customer, which made me very uncomfortable. Once you sign, you basically accept that any problem with your car — including damage or towing — becomes entirely your responsibility. Please read the waiver

We walked around in, paid, got our key…..hall way smelled fine but t our bedroom smelled like a cat box. We walked down to get something to drink and the vending machine only took change and $1 bills. We had a $5 but the front desk wouldn’t makes change. TV didn't work. Lady at front desk tried to fix it….and offered us another room. We declined. Our mattresses had like a protective waterproof fitted sheet…..made noises all night. The shuttle was convenient and the two men were very pleasant.

This review is for airport parking only. Do not be miss led by free shuttle service to the airport because it stops at 11:00 pm and it’s not mentioned at ALL in the post. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking it. There is no assigned spot for airport parking in that case you get what you find. In my case the only available parking was when you first come in from the main road on your left left hand side. Did not care for it because the car is expose to anything. My first instinct came true when I picked up the car was hit in the left side of the door. Because of the waiver signed at 3:42 in the am and the first shuttle leaves at 4:00 am no time to read that “They are not responsible for anything that happens to car while parked in there premises ”. Poor planning on our part. Price was ok and had a shuttle, but it’s 3 stories and no elevator! Would not recommend anyone with any mobility issues to stay here. Also, they have an additional $15 tourism fee added to hotel rates.

Shuttle info - pick up location is at the courtesy shuttle station in terminal A near door 104. Go to door 104 and cross the road twice. Follow signs for the courtesy shuttle around the airport. They will only come and pick you up if you call and request a shuttle. I recommend calling the moment you land because there can be traffic from the hotel to the airport during the day. Rooms were sparse but clean and adequate. Soundproofing is terrible, I could hear the TV next door and everything that happened in the corridor. I slept poorly the first night due to noise but the second night was fine. There are bus stops a few minutes away from the hotel, but the hotel itself is at least 45 minutes to downtown on public transit and you will have to transfer at least once. Front desk staff are fri
