What a great surprise when we saw how nice and well maintained the space was. Easy access to your car if needed, private and quiet! Had an amazing time and had a great experience with front desk with a woman named Srini! She helped us even before we got here when we were running late for check way before our actual stay! That’s how you keep customers to come back!

I've stayed here several times since 2016 when it was the Royalty Inn; now it's divided into into a Quality Inn half (the better half, presumably), and the Rodeway Inn, the other half. ||Yes, it's basic, and we knew that coming in, but what I didn't expect on arriving September 13th was being put in a room with a dumpster and construction materials placed almost squarely in front of the room, which I paid $145 for. Really??? After returning from dinner down the road, I went to the front desk to complain and to ask for a modest discount to the room for the obvious reasons: A guest shouldn't have a dumpster parked in front of the room. The front desk clerk who checked me in was disingenuous - and tried to foist an argument on me to the effect that the rooms were normally $199 and th

For a 2 star hotel I was extremely satisfied with the cleanness of the hotel. It looks like the Hotel is getting a major renovation and the room we had look like it was recently renovated. The food erea was a little tied and there's not one there to help so people just do their own thing but it wasn't that bad. Food was good and the front desk women who I think owns the hotel was sooo nice and helpful. Seating area is pretty big as well.

The price was higher when we arrived. I booked this location only because they had a hot tub. When we arrived the pool was warmer than the hot tub (cold). When I called the front desk the lady told me that nothing was wrong with the hot tub. She said there wasn’t anyone there to help. They eventually got it working when we checked back later that night. That was amazing and gave me hope for the place….. until after swimming for an hr, my bathing suit was bleached out. We left and took showers in our room (no rinsing shower head in the pool building) but my little guy has chlorine burn on his legs and cheeks. We swim in pools often and this has never happened. I’ve been in pools with this bathing suit at least 15 times. My daughter came with us and was excited that they had a workout room.

I had a trip with my fiancée to NH. Had such a great experience at the hotel. Very clean room, great location and the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Srini. She was super helpful, very professional and very kind.
