Friendly staff service, very clean remodeled rooms, safe quiet place to stay, easy access, to Wichita for business or Dr's appts. Good price. Free breakfast l. We have stay here alot for Dr's apptts.

Very basic but CLEAN. Pet friendly with vinyl flooring (no dirty carpet) and luxury grass to potty your dog. A great value for the money.

For a budget motel it was quite decent. I reserved a king bed but upon arrival was told it wasn’t available but staff was very nice about it. We were pleasantly surprised that the room had Kleenex, clock, ironing board in addition to fridge and microwave. Mattresses were fine. Furniture and towels were far from luxurious but all was clean. Dogs had room to walk outside which we liked. I checked out the free breakfast but was not impressed so we ate elsewhere. Overall, it was not co a bad stay at all.

The office staff is so friendly and easy to talk to when checking in. They make the checking process so nice and simple. And they are always happy to help or answer any concern or question you may have. The rooms are a nice comfortable size the beds are a good size and comfortable not to mention the rooms are always so fresh and clean when I checked in. And the property is so peaceful and quiet it's so easy to kick back on my bed and just relax and forget about the whole day. And I always get a good night's sleep being that it's so quiet and peaceful there. And I love how well lit up the parking lot is it makes it more safe and secure if you need to go outside for any reason during the night. With it being so well lit up it makes me more comfortable to take my dog out at night. There's no

Very clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower. They accepted our dog. Breakfast was very minimal. We're passing through and would stay again.
