Positive: Air was cold Negative: I paid online for 2 queen beds 1 room he arqued and said i got a 1 queen bedroom which my email stated i got 2 queen beds and he said to call you to fix it or pay 20.00 more soi had pay more money its ridicls

I accidentally booked a room 60 miles outside of my travel radius using Priceline. I called within 15 minutes of the booking and let the owner know I could not make the reservation. They refused to refund my money.

I stayed a total of 8 days. Oh, what a difference new owners make. Last year I said I would not stay here again. A rush trip and needing a room, forced me to stay. I am so glad I was forced to stay. The whole Inn has changed. While it is still a work of improvement in progress, it is so much getting to be what a Choice hotel is all about. Lit parking lot, new beds and linens, and prompt response to issues. Yes, it is a hotel from the 1960s, and has lots of vintage touches still in place. But it is so clean! Easy access off of US 50. For a single woman, traveling alone, there are no issues at all. Thanks again for a great stay.

Room smelled, exhaust fan had no cover on it and they were clothes under the bed; which didn’t find until checking out. We stayed 3 nights and was charged for a pet that did not stay in the room. Would not have stayed if they were any other motels in the area. Plus charge for last minute cancellation.

Double charged us ,crapie room ,hateful service,1000% DONT RECOMMEND!! This is the second time and it was worse this time.
