Rodeway Inn Delmont

Everything was mostly fine, and I would have given a higher rating, however, there is a safety issue with the way the hotel is being run. There is a side door entrance that is left open at ALL TIMES. I've never seen this. Typically, these side entrances require a room key for entrance, but not at this hotel. When I spoke to the person on duty, she indicated that they don't have that system. She did indicate that someone is always working the front desk. The problem here, which I demonstrated to her, is that you can walk through that side door and immediately ascend the staircase, completely out of view of the front desk. This creates an obvious safety risk.

Positive: The lady at the front desk was nice. That was the only good thing. Negative: Place with dirty blood stains on the sheets absolutely disgusting. I will be calling the health department.

Honestly have nothing bad to say. Room was super clean, front desk was super friendly, shower was HOT and great water pressure. (One of the main things that shows a good hotel for me after a long day of work)

I enjoyed my stay at the roadway it was very clean friendly people's treat you like you are a family. Jessica at the front desk was very nice very respectful and friendly. If I'm ever in town again I will come here and all my truck driver brothers come here if you want a clean and nice room

Service is terrible. I was hung up on for questioning a fee for a pet but no one told me the fee was coming out or that there was one. When I called to ask what the charge was he acted like I was stupid and I should know the charge was coming when it was never communicated or visible in the front desk at all. I reserved online and no mention of dog fees was online and I would have paid it but taking it out after I left even though I made them aware I had a dog at check in- so how would I know the random fee was for that ? It is updated but new managers are not kind.
