Positive: Leaving it Negative: Generally, deceptive floors were not clean. Shower Mat was black after using units on the floor pool was closed. And it's a 100° out.Bead covers felt like cardboard towels were paper thin.

The furnishings were shoddy, the mirror not cleaned, the door had a large gap under it, the electrical outlet in the bathroom was coming off, garbage cans outside the rooms had flies. Unfortunately, I had to select a smoking room because it was the only one that would accommodate my pet. Items with cigarette burns like the toilet seat, and bed spread could have been easily replaced. The cost of the room was higher than what hotels of this quality normally charge, and it was a week night.

This place has two great features, price & location. It's $470/week & everything you need is close by. The cons: The first floor rooms are for pets & smoking, these rooms are disgusting. The non smoking rooms are much cleaner. Also about 40% of the rooms are closed off with barricades (don't know the reason) The water has an odor to it. Every window is tinted with stains n filth. The police are regularly through. This place seems like it has very poor foundation n too expensive to fix so they just cover up all the holes with band aids. The main guy, the balding one, at the front desk is rude, unaccomadating n sketchy. His vibe is weird n creepy. The laundry machines are expensive n total scam. But again there's a great laundromat up the street, n they do free dryers. Again, location is

Disgusting place!!! Walked in and the room smelled like an ash tray. Drab room, cigarette burns all over the light cotton bead spreads hard lumpy beds. One chair only at the table, no blankets, roaches in the bathroom and on the walls, torn up lampshades. Listed online for $59 - they "didn't have any left at that price and charged us $125 + taxes and fees. No phone in room. We called front desk from our cell phone and he told us we could leave if it wasn't up to our standards. Toilet paper thin walls. Bathroom pipes gurggled all night as well. I have never been so grossed out in my life, and they make you feel bad for complaining. Gonna ask for a refund!!! I wouldn't wipe a poop diaper with the "linens" baby might catch something!!!

I cannot stress enough how bad this hotel is. The man at the front is terse and unkind. He asks you to check in through a plexiglass barrier, like it’s a corner store. You’re asked to sign in on a tablet that is dangling by a thread to its stand. Going to our room, the floor was cracked and moldy, the railings were unstable and the paint was chipped everywhere. An entire wing of the hotel was boarded up with 3/4” plywood. Our non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke. It also had an ashtray, and ash on the bed. The bathroom was visibly moldy and smelled of mildew. The partition for the sink area was nonexistent. The towel rack was dangling from a loose screw. Most egregiously, the beds had no blankets. This was late December. The following morning, the hotel manager banged on our door
