Room #203. Light switch at door did not work. Outlets on wall light fixtures were worn out, so no good place to charge your phone. Light on right side of bed did not work. No place to hang clothes up on hangers. Bath faucet leaked and dripped. Showerhead was clogged with lime deposits so it was difficult to shower. No stopper in sink drain faucet.

The hotel was clean enough; however - I have 2 issues. First - we requested and was promised handicap accessibility. No handicap ramp - but we dealt with that. There were no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet was very low. That was not acceptable. I requested and needed higher toilet and grab bars. We were COLF. I called desk to request blankets. The lady said they had mon. ISAID REALLY - and she just laughed. I have NEVER been to a hotel

Positive: Location Negative: THe cleanliness of the room, (sheets & bedding, towels, heavy dust, loose equipment, smell of smoke or inscent).

If I could I would give it a zero, I paid cash for My mom‘s dog which was 120 then we left a day earlier but they still charged me on my credit card for 120 so that is cash and credit sorry debit card 240 after all the fighting of it they gave me $40 back even though they still got $120 in cash. The sheets were stained and nobody will work with me. I wish it was not the only hotel there. Do a Airbnb instead . I have never complained on anything, but I will complain on this.

The customer service was good, but all else was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying away from home. 1. Room was infested with flies. 2. The towels were old/torn/discolored. 3. The bed linen was the same, I had the maid change each time she came with another set it was worst then the first. I suggest the company trash all towels/linen and buy new, she stated the customers mess up things so they don’t replace them. Unacceptable answer!!
