Rodeway Inn Berryville

This hotel is NOT as pictured on the website. Those pictures must be old. The room was nasty. Boogers, dead bugs, and hair in the shower. Hair in the bed when turning it down. Sheets were stained and looked very old. Room smelled. Doors and walls were filthy. Chairs were disgusting. Lamp did not work unless you screwed and unscrewed the light bulb to turn on and off. TV did not work the first day. They had to come fix it the second d day. There must be a family that lives on the second floor. There was constant running and stomping from 7 am to 11pm day two and from time of arrival til 11pm the first night. To be non-smoking the lady in the room above us came out her door smoking. Yes she is one that has to live on the second floor. We would not walk on thr floors bare foot. The table had

I booked a room for three nights, we showed up and opened the door and there was BLOOD on the walls, back of the door and two bloody foot prints! Cables had been pulled out of the wall and the fridge was broken. I was mortified! I'm 8 months pregnant with two children, this was unacceptable! He has lied about my refund for almost a week! As I was standing by the door about to walk out the man next door and began vomiting over the wooden rails, I had to shield my kids until he was done just to literally RUN. He was smoking weed, burned himself with the joint while barfing! God what a nightmare. I have photos of everything, even the blood stained matress! I'm contacting the health department, the BBB and I'll be filling complaints with all of them. I'm even talking to the local sheriff's off

The hotel guy did not refund me for their dirty bloody rooms, the people next to our room was smoking pot and literally throwing up infront of our window. He said he issued a refund but a week later and nothing so I called him and he said to call the cops then hung up. Absolutely disgusting place.

For the price of this last minute stay, I knew what I was probably getting into. Echoing some of the other reviews, I question some of the cleanliness of the of the bedding. There were two sheets on the bed, one of which had some stains. The other sheet looked fine, so I just removed the stained one. Even if that sheet was wash properly, it will always look unclean if there is a stain (especially on white). The top comforter for the bed also looked as if it was reused instead of being washed along with the sheets. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/tv were adequate. For a cheap night stay for one person, this place served my needs. Probably would not recommend for others or be a place I would book for me and my wife.

Rented room for 2 nights. Didn't make it in to room manager decided me and my wife weren't a good fit for motel. Said he would reverse my transaction, it's been 2 days and I have not received my money back on my debit card like promised, if your an intravenous user, great place. If you love your family steer clear of here.
