Rocky Manor Rentals

The owner and her son were very kind. The Bunker Hill cabin is more like a house. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge living room, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. It includes an indoor fireplace, a large deck, a fire pit, and a private beach. The beach area is very small, and as you might guess, extremely rocky. The sand in the water felt like sludge and my feet sank into it. However, the water was very low when we were there. We also had access to a row boat, which was nice. The price for the place was great @ $130/night. However, this felt more like a house on the lake than a camping experience. More importantly, the neighbor next to us did everything he could to try and make us miserable. Upon arrival he declared, "I'm sick of you renters." Then for the whole week he played loud m

Bunch of our family rented Placid I & II for a week a few years ago. Beautiful weather every day; Both sides of Placid were nice & spacious and actually felt like a camp! Directly on lake, short walk down the lawn to your shared but private sandy beach. The view was AMAZING!!! Fishing, Swimming (they have it roped off for the Littles for safety), Grilling, Bonfires, Pets Allowed, Lawn Sports & so much more! I can't say enough good things about Rocky Manor. Plus the owners were friendly & accommodating. Go see for yourself...you'll want to stay!!!

The owners are wonderful people, the beach is gorgeous, the cabins are very clean and charming! Loved our stay at Rocky Manor!

We have stayed in two diffrent property twice. We had an excellent time. Great price and beautiful views.
