Rockwood Resort

Our family of 13 stayed in two condos during the week of Thanksgiving. On the plus side, the condos are conveniently located to Silver Dollar City. Both condos were clean and neatly furnished. For the price, however, I expected better kitchen supplies than provided. The coffee maker took forever to brew, all the knives were dull, the kitchen shears didn't cut, the dishwasher soap dispenser didn't function, etc.) My biggest complaint is that the cleaning fees and pet fees are exorbitant but there are many reminders in emails, the "welcome" binder and signage in the condo to remind you of all the financial penalties should you mess up. It all seemed petty to assume that a guest would steal the hand soap after paying $1800 for a condo. We had a fun family vacation but I would not stay at Rock

This place is an awesome resort! We have a family of nine and two dogs and we all enjoyed our stay. This is our second stay and this place is our favorite. The rooms are big and sound proof. The views of the lake are spectacular! The pools are clean, there are two pools, we prefer the larger one but there is a smaller one on the property as well. The property owners are nice and very helpful.

We returned to Rockwood this year. We had not been to the lake for a few years, and we had a blast! It is the ideal place for our extended family. Easy access to the lake, the boat slips are a must for us, close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, and off lake activities. The condos are perfect for large or small groups. Nicely appointed rooms, large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, patio, lots of space.

Wonderful resort! Quick access to Silver Dollar City is a big plus. One of the very few places that meets certain requirements for my party of 7 adults: enough beds for all, zero entry at the entrance with balcony on the back, etc. The staff were very accommodating to get me the specific unit I needed!

My family and I are completely impressed! We loved the fact that we could stay under 1 roof and still have space. Parking was so convenient. The surrounding area was so peaceful. I would recommend that everyone stay at Rockwood Resort!
