Customer Reviews
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The only reason we stayed here was because everything else in Branson was booked, but I truly wish we had other options.||First, the hotel is under renovation—a major inconvenience that was never mentioned on the website. The room we received looked nothing like the photos online. It was outdated, worn down, and honestly felt dirty.||There were roaches in the room, the bathtub was disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly, and the couch was so dirty it was uncomfortable to sit on. It was easily one of the most unhygienic hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.||On top of that, the front desk staff weren’t friendly or helpful. We weren’t given any information about the property or amenities, and they seemed uninterested in offering any kind of serv
Wi-Fi was never fixed the entire week we stayed there. Mogo was great for all help. Not much good to say about the female that wotked at front desk. Definitely go back to that area again.
We did not stay at this resort. We ate at the indoor restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very nice and casual. Bar seating, with tables around. Pool table and shuffle board as well. Our total bill was a bit pricey for 2 people. We had 2 drinks each, 2 side salads, 2 starters (6 wings and 5 bang bang shrimp). Wings were crispy and very tasty! Our total bill for 2 was $111, not including tip. Would visit the restaurant again, but would Not stay here overnight. The rather small pool was overcrowded with kids running around screaming. There was an outdoor food truck with several tables to sit at, and a Pavillion area with a stage for concerts, was set up nicely. I can't attest to the rooms as we did not stay here. Resort was very busy and packed.
Very dishonest office! We arrived an hour early and were charged extra for a one hour early check in, which we paid. But who does that when the room is ready anyway?!?! Then on our last night on a Sunday they charged our debit card an additional $250 for having our 4 pound yorkie with us which we were told we could bring. So deceitful!!! We never even complained about the dirty kitchen glasses, bathtub with molded jacuzzi jets, burned out light bulbs, someone’s old medication patch stuck on the blanket so maybe it wasn’t even washed, cobwebs at entry way, jammed broken door at the patio that only my husband could get open(what a fire hazard) and a solid day and night of strong smoke smell from unit below us! We never leave bad reviews but just wanted to warn others! What a disappointment!
Kristen was our server and did a fantastic job! Check on us to make sure we had everything we needed but didn’t bother us by interrupting conversations. She was very polite and made eye contact. Definitely a great experience!
