Robinson Inn and Suites

Everyone i encountered was nice & professional. Its not the Hilton and my expectations were not of one. Big rooms, nice enough. Grab & Go breakfast. R Convenient location to Walmart, Cracker Barrell and gas stations if the grab & go isn't what you prefer. I always bring my own pillows & towels so cant comment on that except that there were none in my room. Disinfectant smell & none of smoke in the hallways. This is under new management and with all new management, improvements take time so if you need convenience and are on a budget. This is your place. Hospitality means listening to you customers. Washer & Dryer quit working. Running toilet the whole time. Bad lumpy beds. Pool was not up and operational. Shower head didnt work, no grab bars & barking dogs next door 24/7 yet they got on t

This is a no frills place. The service personnel was very friendly and helpful. They allow pets which I was grateful for. It’s within walking distance of most of the repair shops of semis. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely stay again.

I give this hotel a zero rating. The manager lies to cover herself with the owners. She kicks people out for no reason. She yells and screams at guests.||You can not get clean towels everyday. If you take your towels down to be washed you do not get what you turned in back. The run out of bleach a lot. The rooms are filthy. The staff does not clean and sanitize the rooms after a guest leaves. ||The maintenance calls guests to help him do his work. I guess he doesn't realize that the hotel in liable if the guest gets hurt. The maintenance guy also tells a female guest to get rid of the person who is staying with her so that he can have a "thing" with the female guest. Then, he lies about it. He tells people that he can not stand this particular male guest, then lies about it.||Th

From the moment we got in the hotel, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, roomy, and super comfy!!! The location was spot-on, close to everything we wanted to check out. What really made it special was the personal touch and how attentive everyone was. We will definitely be back and totally recommend Robinson Inn and Suites!

Stayed here last night in a room in which the bathroom door did not shut. This morning after getting out of shower a man that claimed to be "spraying for bugs" comes walking in the room no announcement and i'm screaming no, no, no! It was an hour before check out. This man had NO ID IDENTIFYING WHO HE WAS AND WAS IN PLAIN CLOTHING LOOKING LIKE A BUM OFF THE STREET. AFTER GETTING MYSELF DECENT ENOUGH TO BE seen i went to the front desk and the lady said I'll tell the owner when he arrives. And the AT THIS TIME THE SO CALLED BUG SPRAYER WAS PUSHING A TRASH CAN. YOU CAN'T TELL ME IN THE 10 MIN IT TOOK ME TO GET DRESSED HE SPRAYED EVERY ROOM IN THAT PLACE. Who does that before check out knowing the room was rented?? He should be fixing the toilet that they thought leaving a plunger next to to
