Roberts Creek West red rock

A little late of a review, but I needed a campground about halfway between Wisconsin and Kansas. My daughter drove up and I drove down with the trailer and we "met in the middle". WOW what an awesome campground! Nice sites, lots of trees for shade, easy in/out and the best part was full hookups! For the price you cannot beat it. Camping in Wisconsin a comparable site would easily be two or three times the price. Highly recommended!

This county park has full hook for a very reasonable price. It’s easy to camp as a group or individually. ||The campsites are roomier than some campgrounds. But you do need to watch the length and width if you’re a large camper.||The shade is very good here. The only problem is the lack of breeze. When it’s hot and humid, very little breeze makes it through the trees. ||We camp here with friends multiple times per season.||The lake offers very good fishing. Pella and Knoxville are both close by if you need supplies or just want to get out and about.

Great place, one of the few full hookup Rv parks around

June 2024 was my husband and I first time camping at Roberts Creek West, and we enjoyed it. We also camped on a cement pad, which we had never done before, and really liked that. The campground was full , but it was pretty quiet. Never used bathroom/shower house, used our camper. We will camp here again.

I love camping here and have done so for many years! I have camped at a lot of places and this is one of my favorites. Started coming here in 2001 and recommend it for all to at least try it especially after the updates the last few years! The fishing is good and the scenery is as well! I do not know about RC East though because I’ve never been there but West is awesome!
