We had an average condo in an great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants, groceries, etc. They charge for parking but its easy and accessible. The building is old and though the condo was somewhat updated, it was showing it's age. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets soft. We had one maintenance issue, and I called it in on Saturday evening, and they had still not addressed it as we left on Monday morning (a toilet handle broke)

Love the place, it had minimal resources so bring your own if you want something specific or need to wash clothes. Wasn't given proper instructions to enter the property and I had yo call the company to get the instructions since they weren't sent by check in. Lovely place though, there is school traffic so beware. Walked to the rail car and ventured the city without having to worry about parking. There are stairs so this is not ADA friendly.

So far the checking in experience has been great will update after the stay! Building itself (Nola,st Charles) was in a great location. Not so sure our sheets were clean… the shelves that were supposed to be stocked each morning with linens if needed never had any and the cleaning lady told us she didn’t have any towels either.

I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. The pictures make it look nice, but it is far from what it actually is. When we arrived, there was an awful smell as soon as we opened the door to the hallway leading to the units. At the time, we weren’t sure what it was. After checking into the room, we noticed there was no bedding provided for the advertised queen-size hide-a-bed. Our reservation clearly listed two adults and two children. We called the provided number to request sheets. A young man arrived and brought only one pillow and two sets of sheets. When I asked where the rest of the bedding was, he responded unprofessionally, stating he was “too high for this” and said he “didn’t ask me to bring my whole family.” This was said in front of my children and was completely una

I checked in late in the evening. I didn’t notice little to no bath towels Till the next morning. The beds seemed as if they were just pulled after earlier guest. Dust on the light fixtures. no amenities. Woke up with bites all over. Check the beds for bed bugs. A lamp was broken from the previous guest that they charged me for. I barely spent time in the room just to sleep. Nice location nice lay out but whoever does the clean up and manage the property needs to be fired.
