RKD Motel

Cozy little studio apartments. Month to month rent available with everything included. Perfect for traveling contractors, nurses or seasonal employees. Management is fantastic. Gabrielle was phenomenal across the board. She had us signed up and in within a couple hours and made the entire process fluid. 5 stars

Stayed at RKD this last wkend--didn't expect much and it wasn't anything more then a dump. Filthy, filthy carpeting, filthy bathtub,and doesn't get any better. Bird nest on light fixture outside door and crap all over. Should have bought air mattress and slept in back of pick-up. Checking in at office pretty much said it all--disorganized, mess, owner (?) not very accomodating plus it was totally OVEARPRICED--$68 when $10 would have been plenty.

The picture displayed here is not the hotel. Its a nearby home. This is one of the filthiest and low rate dive you might find. The rates are too high.the roaches and bedbugs might carry you away. They're sure to invade your belongings and the cleaning person is lazy and lives like a pig, so font look too closely if you're interested in cleanliness. Homeless people wouldn't stay in a free room. Keep searching. There are better hotels locally.

Rooms are as expected for a motel. Great location for walking downtown. The A/C worked in our rooms, but they must've swapped it out for hot water. There was no hot water this past visit, which was a bummer.

Absolutely horrible !!beds are infested with bed bugs stayed one night i have bits on my back legs feet face and hands floors are disgusting! I cant believe these people are still open! !dont stay here spend the extra cash and go up the road ! You will regret it if you dont !!!!!!
