place has gone downhill. long term residents will yell, scream, and damage your property, taking claim to parking spots in front of doors they dont rent ojt, making it impossible to park anywhere close to the door you were given. theg charge too much for a week for the way the place looks. we didnt see any bug activity when we first checked in, ill update once i know for sure. the room smells like someone died in it, and definitely doesnt look like the pictures they posted. its run by a couple, no employees, and they live on site, in the office.

Very out dated rooms, no one ever cleans. Read the sign "Managemant May enter room at any time." Went to work and came back to a giant crap in the toilet. Never slept in the bed, only on top. Roaches come and go from the old wall heaters; luckily I kept all my belongings in lidded totes. Bought many cleaning supplies but it just wouldn't come clean to what I like. Would come and go and never speak to other tenants or make eye contact. Lots of riff Raff there.Rented a room for a week and was gone after 4 days. It is better than jail but most places are.

Meh, will never stay there again. Our room was infested with cockroaches. Stayed three nights, three nights to many. Got bitten twice.

WORST PLACE TO STAY!!! Smelled like heavy smoke in the rooms, dirty, disgusting, and old!!! I would never stay here again and recommend spending more money to not suffer through a night at this dump! Also staff was VERY unprofessional and rude as they avoid paying income taxes by only accepting cash. Someone call the IRS and state attorney general's office on this place asap! If you do stay here bring a gas mask hazmat suit because you'll need it! I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot!

My room had bed bugs and cockroachs and looked like it was not cleaned in a few years.
