Riverview Inn

This place was less than desirable. The outside looks cozy and inviting but it stops there. Hubby and his crew stayed here and had to beg for towels because they were told they would not clean room if any personal items were in it?? The toilet sloped to one side which made it very awkward to go to the bathroom, the shower was also uneven and puddled in the corners, the bathroom door barely shut without hitting the sink, beds were like boards with padding over them and the main door into the room was so hard to open or shut you literally had to pull and pull. Perfect place to stop to relax. Owner is wonderful! She took the time to make our stay feel like home with family. I am going back with my big family since ohv trails are so close. 😁

I got caught in a snow storm in 2007 in Cedar River with my two young children with only enough gas money to return home. The people I met there gave me a room, a meal, and even a change of clothes for the kids. Every once in a while in life, you meet people who give you faith in humanity. I found it in Cedar River.

Rock hard mattresses, barely any hot water, 1/2 ply toilet paper, scratchy towels, stained sheets. Avoid this place

Great place. Clean, affordable, close to what we needed. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. Great place to stop.
