This doesn’t deserve one star. I had mold all around the bathtub, mold growing on mattress. We had a sports team here, they had bloodstained mattress, found a thong in one room. Crack pipe in another. Bedbugs were the best thing we had to deal with. There was a woman who “lives here” drunk yelling that she was going to kill people. No fire alarm either. Looks like people trying to break into rooms through the windows. NEVER again. You are better off sleeping in your vehicle, honestly.

I don’t even think this place gets a star. Our kids sports team found a CRACK PIPE under the mattress. Found bugs on the bed. Very dirty mattress/mattress pads. Completely unsanitary! Definitely will be reporting to more than just management. This is a health department case.

Customer service was friendly. But there was blood on the sheets, the pillowcases and the mattress pad. Back of hair dryer not there, remote was missing. The gentlemen at the front was kind enough to get us clean bedding. We also didn't get the full ammendities like it wasn't fully stocked. On the plus side the water temp was perfect.

If I could give it zero stars I would, this place is a dump and refused my refund. Door wouldn't even shut, no working TV, beds not made, broken toilet and tp holder. At least 10 flies in the room. The rim was disgusting. I don't know where they got their pictures from but that place was not it.

Horrible absolutely horrible... The most worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. I asked what time breakfast was before we went to the room I was told they don't actually serve breakfast It's just listed that they do on Expedia. I thought okay whatever That's fine so then we went to the room... When walked in the room and it immediately felt hard to breathe. Me and my kids have asthma and there would have been no way we could have stayed in this room because it was hard to breathe and smelled like mold. There were patches all over the wall and I'm not sure if there was a shooting there or something but it literally looked like the place I've been shot up or something. There were spots on the sheets that looked like fresh diarrhea spots. When we went and asked for a different room
