As long as u take overkeeping room clean itself and bottle water ,it's fine .

Tragically gross. It took us 10 minutes after arriving, checking in and entering our room to turn around load up and leave. There is no way is it Covid sanitized. The lobby outside, across the parking lot, has the only microwave. There is no mini fridge. There was toothpaste on the sink knobs. The room we paid for was a double but there was only one dilapidated towel and wash rag. The shower was a very, very small cubicle area. The bedding was something out of the 70’s and looked dirty. Given the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, we can only imagine the filth on the bedspreads. It was very small, very dirty, very depressing and overpriced. 90$ for a double that has only enough room in it to walk between the two beds and had zero amenities (no microwave or fridge and only one towel an

Basic, overpriced, but pretty comfortable. There is noooo reason this place should charge anything over $50/night, aside from being the only option within a few miles. Everything is worn out and beat up. That said, after a long day on the trail, it has a warm shower and a decent bed, which is enough for a night, and I’m glad it’s here. NOTE: If you have a reservation and you’re arriving in the evening, MAKE SURE you contact them earlier so they know when to expect you. Otherwise the staff will go to bed/go home, won’t answer your calls, and you’ll be stuck. I had to wake up the maintenance guy (or maybe he’s the manager? We have been here twice. Once because the holiday inn was sold out and once by choice. My litmus test of a small motel is can I walk on the carpet and not feel ewwww. ||||We travel with our dog. Most hotels put you in the worst rooms and really don't like pets. ||||The first time we went with another couple. When we checked in we asked for rooms next to each other. Where's the easy button!!!!||||Saturday we went to a party and decided at the last minute to stay over. The manager had to leave but told us which room and he would leave it unlocked. We settled up later for our bill. ||||So, if you want an inexpensive motel, with wifi, clean beds, carpet is clean and the shower heavenly try this out. My experience at the Riverside Motel was enriching and delightful, I like room #12 that was fitting for my personal need. The room was clean, and I just loved the "fresh linens"||the furniture was nice, free wifi I really liked my room location to the front office. What I liked most about the Riverside Motel, was the friendly environment of the property manger, who went above and beyond his duties, to help and even serve from his heart. thank you Doug, for your sincere help and dedication you shown unto me, thank you sincerely.
