Riverside Motel

I recently stayed at the Riverside Motel and couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine kindness. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The location is perfect next to the park and peaceful, with beautiful views of the river just steps away. It’s a great spot to relax, take a walk in the park, or just enjoy a quiet morning with coffee. The motel also felt very safe and well cared for by the owners,

Im actually staying here right now. Its now a borders or even a motel 6 but it is dry. The problen here is the customer service. No one here smiles. If you dont like a room to bad. The old lady with long gray hair is the grumpiest. Blond is tort. With her it might be a language barrier thing. I watch mostly 1 channel. Watch my cell phone mostly. Its not much but its warm.

I was told the day of my booking (only 2 hours before I would have showed up) that they have overbooked the motel and would have to cancel on me. While that sucks they seemed to be very kind and sympathetic about the experience. However, to make up for the overbooking the lady offered me a full refund. After I gave my confirmation and booking number she hung up and said booking would give me my refund soon. It’s been 3 weeks and after calling numerous times somebody picked up! After explaining the situation she simply told me “You were not told about a refund” and hung up. Thankfully the motel (daysinn) was much cleaner than this place would ever be.

Its in the middle of park by river . Very relaxing and friendly . Owner is nice lady and very helpful. Its close by to very cute public swimming pool that we always go to, my 8 year old enjoy it . Very close to main street as well . Free Parking and WIFI.

We decided at the last minute to attend the Air Show in Oshkosh and couldn't find a room except in Berlin at the Riverside Motel. The pictures online look nice; new tile, clean beds, etc. but they are very misleading. There is an odor in the rooms. We pulled back the covers and there was long hair on the pillows. We could not sleep on the sheets and slept in our clothes. The carpet was dirty and had multiple cigarette burns on it. There was long hair on the shower walls. I kept my sandals on while walking around, however my husband's feet were black from walking on the carpet and bathroom floor. The ceiling tiles by the door are ready to fall in. ||||On a positive note, the motel is very cute and well taken care of on the outside. There are tables and chairs outside your door. The lady at
