Riverhaven Bed & Breakfast

We totally enjoyed our stay. From the porch we had a very close view of the Ohio River which we found very relaxing. We saw the occasional tug boat and barges going up and down river. Room and sitting area were also very comfortable. Sunrise was beautiful.

We were on a short trip to Pikeville, Kentucky and decided to stay at the Riverhaven Bed and Breakfast, The view of the river was wonderful. Judy our host was great to talk with and enjoyed showing us the house. We were on the 2nd floor with a porch and a separate sitting area. We had the whole house to ourselves. Judy recommended several places to eat not to far away. Due to the Covid-19 issue. Judy did not provide the breakfast she usually would prepare, but by talking with her I'm sure the breakfast would have been great, She did bring coffee and orange juice in the morning. Will come back to the Riverhaven to stay again, hopefully in the fall. If you like the Ohio River this is definitely the place to stay

If you are looking for a rural getaway, The Riverhaven B & B is the place for you. I found this spot online but with no reviews to rely upon. Well, you can rely on this one. I was there for the first time in early October for the beautiful foliage and river views. You will enjoy being mere feet from the river and the upstairs porch is a great place to sit and watch the barges go by along with sipping some regional wines. Many rooms have private ensuite baths and superb river views. The rooms are decorated simply and beautifully with local antiques. There is a common room for guests to gather in the evening and Judy provides a wonderful breakfast every morning. A winery is nearby that has nice dining and you are close to all the sights of Adams County, including the Amish Quilt Barns. I've

Highly recommend Riverhaven Bed & Breakfast. Great room with comfortable bed, private bath, beautiful view of the Ohio River, comfortable sitting areas, yummy breakfast. The innkeeper is so sweet and made it feel like home.
