Everything is always perfect my husband and I have been going there for years especially on our anniversaries but the only thing is the jacuzzi room every time we get the same room we get overcharged for two jets that don't work in the jacuzzi tub I have made plenty of suggestions to sula Pete Mario and Tommy the regular cleaning boy in this situation has still not been fixed but we love everybody and we will continue to go there and get the same room even though the two Jets don't work we love this place always have we been coming here for 12 years

I was surprised to find the room was actually really nice. The man behind the check in counter was very nice and helpful. Couldn't find anything wrong with the room. The Jacuzzi garden tub was amazing, completely relaxing, and was best enjoyed with a glass of wine and candles all around. I had a pleasant time while here until the morning when check out came. The cleaning lady was quite rude. As a guest at the hotel I did not care about what ever cleaning dead line she had. I wasn't quite ready to leave yet as I was a bit hangover and was still trying to pack up my belongings. I'm sure mine wasn't the only room she had to clean. If she had been nicer and left me to pack up on my own time I would've left a tip because I did make quite a mess. overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I like

The staff is absolutely amazing and the rooms that are updated are fabulous. The bathroom is amazing inside your room you have a modern refrigerator and microwave cable is included in the price you pay and you feel safe. The manager of this establishment is an absolute angel.
