Con artists. Google marker is in a county park that does not allow overnight camping. No restroom, no power, no fire ring and no place to put even a tent. If you rent this campsite you at best will be out the money you paid for it or worse; like being arrested for illegally camping in a public space. Also: the 1208 square feet of property they actually own (a land value of $471, due to being located in flood plain and protected cypress preserve) is up for sale for $19,900
