Riverbend RV Park

We are a line family that have stayed at this campground twice while work was in the Shaver Lake area. Denny and Petra, campground hosts, are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful time staying and playing at the playground with other campground kiddos. We also enjoyed walking down to the river. Denny does an amazing job keeping the campground cleaned up, including the dog park area and walking trails! Grass was always cut short and picked up nicely! We will miss this place and hope to visit again.

|Mow the lawn please please! We could not use the dog park without walking through the tall wet grass. Yesterday someone mowed dog park lawn, but did not mow a path from road to dog park gate. We have small dogs who didn't want to navigate the tall grass. |For $100 a night this is not a resort by any means. Gravel the length of the sites please. Muddy. Corn hole boards...throw them away. Have trash cans at that end of park that you can throw garbage in. Trash can by crappy corn hole boards, useless for trash.|You are over priced for what is offered. You are a $65 to $70 a night. However,because of location for us, and easy check in you got a 3.. Dog turds and cigarette butts were a turn off. You have 2 hours to clean the sites. That isn't done.|Poor maintenance. we love this park! My husband travels around for work & we travel with him as a family of 4, we’ve been to 3 states & SOOO many rv parks & this is definitely a favorite of ours. My 3 year old son has so much fun at the playground, skipping rocks on the kings river & fishing in the pond. There are other kiddos for him to play with which is always a huge plus. The owners are hands down some of the greatest people we’ve met! Clean rv park with plenty to do. I’d absolutely recommend this place & if we ever happen to be up this way again we will most definitely stay again!

We have stayed here a few times now. And will continue to come back here when we are in the area. Restrooms clean and useful. Denny and Petra are great hosts. It’s right off the Highway but tucked away. We didn’t hear any road noise. We were in site 154. In our 2018 34 ft Bounder motorhome. Great job, River Bend. We will be back.

We checked in yesterday. We were grateful they allowed us to check in a bit early. Unfortunately we found the bathrooms to be unbelievably dirty. Toilets, showers, floors all of it. Then we did some laundry and there was animal hair in all the washers and the floor was just covered in it. It had not been swept in a long time. I'm not sure if it was because it was after labor day or what. But the price was very high for a campground that looked the way it did. We were very disappointed.
