Riverbend Manufactured Home Community

Recently moved into Riverbend and we highly recommend living here! The park is always kept clean. Location is perfect, and super close to the YMCA. Call and ask for Jordan! She always takes the best care of us :)

We have been looking to move closer to Tulsa for some time now and were able to be quickly approved with great communication from Miss Mary. She has made our move so much easier and has been amazing with everything, highly recommend working with her. The community is quite, great park for kids, everyone we've met has been friendly, and the location is great!

This is our first month with Riverbend. They offer very nice rent to own trailers for a decent monthly price. The staff is very friendly and even helped entertain our kiddos while signing the lease. Perla has been helping us and goes above and beyond with the moving and application process to make things easier! We were very excited to be her first close and hope to see her complete many more! This is hands down the nicest place we’ve lived to date.

Riverbend has been such a huge blessing to my families life! Love the cute community, the aged trees and clean area. Close to city life with a little quiet place to call home. The office staff have been nothing short of amazing. Perla is awesome!

I was needing a bigger place to rent and responded to one of their Facebook ads on marketplace (thinking there would be no way I would qualify with my credit)…Perla was AMAZING and got me into a home that I’m actually getting to BUY when I thought owning a home would be years away. It’s a very peaceful community and very kid friendly! It’s been a great place to live.
