For the price just stay in a hotel. In my case, this was more expensive than the hotels but we stayed there with a group which was the main attraction to this set up. Every couple had a house and we could congregate outside together. Stayed in the Alligator. The minisplit fan blades did not oscillate down, they sat on the top of the unit pushing hot air straight into the loft area. Since the hot air sat in the loft and hot air does not inherently sink (hot air rises), the loft was significantly warmer then the downstairs area where the thermostat was located. Probably a 15 degree difference between loft and the downstairs, which meant you were either cold downstairs or extremely hot in the loft. As for the shower, you are in a pretty small space which was not a surprise, but the water pres
We arrived later in the day and had an issue with our tiny house no being cleaned. Was sad because I did a lot of research on all the different ones and specifically chose that one. After being told to come back in an hour to our new one it served its purpose. Enjoyed the area of the houses and mill. I have to say that when we were asked how our stay was I told the management the truth. They comped our stay there apologizing. I was impressed and extremely grateful that they cared about there customers and our inconvenience. Kudos
Great weekend getaway just down the road, but away from hustle and bustle of city life!! So close to great beer, great food and living the tiny home community life! A chance to meet people from all over and share drinks around a fire pit! Just a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to book again!
It looks charming from the outside. We pulled up in front of our tiny house at 2:30 but had to sit around for 30 minutes because the door lock code doesn't work until exactly 3:00. Once we got in, we climbed the ladder to the loft. Well it certainly is tiny. We had to commando-crawl onto the bed. Once in, the ceiling is maybe 12" from your face. We felt like we were in a coffin. We left and went to a hotel. The pictures on their website are not an actual representation. If you have the tiniest bit of claustrophobia you will not like sleeping in that loft. We had the Trent. Thumbs down, sorry.
I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house and it was so much fun! My tiny house was really nice and clean. It was so cozy and I loved my stay! I would highly recommend staying here!
