River Town Motel

My brother pays monthly & the tub looks like it had been spray painted black rest of bath room was nasty the room itself was nasty there were roaches terrible that's what we seen with are on too eyes & that's FACTS 💯 believe that

I am leaving this review for my family, that is terribly uncomfortable. My dad/stepmom in one room, my brother in another room, and both rooms nasty. They were supposed to be non smoking, but the odor is so bad, they can barely breathe. Also, the beds are sagging, with old, decrepit bedding. They both will be looking for a better option, even if they have to drive awhile, to find one. Not sure where some of the people stayed that left some of the reviews, because nothing like that. The one review, from one year ago, said similar things to my family, and the NEW owner said to check back, but seems just as described in that bad review. Also, my family said, there are no smoke detectors, only hanging wires, no towels, burns on bedding, and in bathrooms, toilet seat barely on. There's NO EX

This Motel is under new Ownership and Management and I can assure you the rooms are very clean and there is no bed bugs. I work hard here to keep it family orientated and drug free. Stop by and take a tour, gladly to walk you around and let you take a look. Free coffee and free wifi and we are open 24/7! I go out of my way to make each and everyone happy!

Dirty they don't provide room service towels or toilet paper...complain about our baby crying at 830 at night... The next night the same people who complained about our child was outside getting drunk and fighting these people was either management or friends of management. Toilet would back up when it rains...shower handle barely held together definitely not worth the money... Locks barely worked... I meant to take more photos but ended up leaving early and forgot to bed uncomfortable and room set up out of date

It's a roof over your head a place to stay warm when cold cool when hot 🔥 and dry when wet but the price for weeks/months is uncalled for. It could be a very nice facility, it will take alot of money and who you know if you want to achieve that life long dream of owning your own busy.
