River Ridge, Guys-Only Campground LLC

River Ridge Campground is not for everyone. But, if you are an outgoing, friendly and FUN guy, then River Ridge Campground is the place that you need to visit! You will truly enjoy the Meet and Greet, the Potluck Meal, the Games, the Shows, the Shot Crawl and especially the Scenery! Camper sponsored drink specials by the pool are also a huge hit. So, leave your shyness at the gate and make some camping memories that will last forever! Don't forget to say "hello" to Matt and Craig!!

This is truly a great place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, along with the seasonals. We had an issue with our initial accommodations, but they quickly remedied this. The grounds are nice, along with the pool and hot water tubs. Went on one of their themed weekends and the entertainment was outstanding. Can't wait to return to see what the pool will be like when they finish their new pool deck. The food truck on site was also very good and reasonably priced. The one detractor and thing I think they need is a defined access trail/path from Green Acres to the main park drive so one is not drudging through wet grass, or wet grass that is freshly mowed and now covering your shoes or feet.

This weekend I stayed at River Ridge Campground for the third year in a row. I cannot say enough about how great the community is at RRC. Great activities scheduled all weekend. Lots of guys and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I experienced an unexpected minor but very scary medical emergency when my blood sugar suddenly dropped. Along with my two friends, two other seasonal members whom I had not even met yet, responded quickly and helped to get me stable again. They stuck with me and checked in with me all weekend, a shining example of the amazing River Ridge community. The new pool is amazing and there are lots of accommodation options that work for many budgets.

We took our Sprinter Van for a 3-night weekend stay and had a good time. The pad was almost level ... we made it work. Nice hiking trails for clothing optional hiking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This campground is LOVELY! The directors run a tight ship. They keep such a clean and nice campground, I did not see a single piece of trash or garbage my entire time! The people: Every single person I interacted with was so polite and kind! I did not have a single bad interaction with anyone! The amenities: hot tubs, pools, and firepits abound! 35+ acres of trails, places to relax, and to be free! I personally stayed in their bunkhouse option. So affordable and my roommate was super nice! The actual room had ice cole AC, a mini fridge, lockers, etc. I felt more like I was in a small resort than camping if anything! I highly recommend this site. I went once and am already planning my next trip. You will not be disappointed! I can not recommend it enough.
