Better to rent in the winter when it's cooler.Poor ventilation.Some fans not working. Alot of the doors and windows don't lock.Porch is in disrepair,it needs to be redone,safety issue.Splinters and rotted wood.Damp lower floor.Not good for people with allergies.On a better note the owners are nice to deal with.We needed some items and got them the same day we called.Easier to drive to beach as the walk is a distance carrying items.Pool is out of the way too.
