River Ranch RV Park

A great RV park. Very friendly, helpful staff and friendly residents. Many live here year round but some leave their RVs for the year and come for the summer as their not occupied site rates are really low. Close to Hwy 70 so sites close to Hwy can be a little noisy. Sites vary in size so be careful in picking yours as sites can be hard to get so book early. Some RVs are run down but new owners are cleaning things up. Limited cell phone access with Verizon, I don't think t-Mobile has connectivity. Internet is very good however. Only one bathroom with shower and the one downside is NO laundry. Cravens Laundromat is 2 miles and Walmart 5 miles. The park backs up to the Rio Ruidosa River with some sites right on the edge of the river. You can see Elk wandering on the mountain across the river

Close to Hwy 70 so road noise if your space is closer to the road. Nice big trees, by the River, a little run down, but small remodeled bath/shower rooms, adequate laundry area. Good for the price.

We have lived at river ranch for about 31/2 years now. It is a great and friendly park with a beautiful river to go fishing. Gary and Carol (the owners) have always been kind to us making us feel like family. David and Donna Clements

Very pleasant experience. We stopped in to ask if we could shower here. Yes, $2. per shower. We were thrilled, as truck stops charge $16. per shower. Not your typical parking lot type RV park. This place has more of a camping feel with trees and grass.

Love this place. Gary and Carol the owners are great. Beatiful and peaceful and wonderful neighbors. Great place to visit or live year round !!! Connie B.
