Rite Spot Motel

It was the worst motel room I've ever stayed in. Stay away from this place. We pulled into the office and 2 people came out of one of the rooms. I figured they were checking out. Turns out they live in there. Mold, rusted fixtures, cobwebs, tears in carpet, bathtub drained very slowly, smelled. Disgusting. Tried to leave and the people from the office acted like they had no authority, that I had to the number from my reservation email, but it was the same number. The place should be condemned. Stay away from this rat trap.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND. checked out 3 different rooms bc the first one they put is in we found bedbugs. Other rooms. Mold. Smelled. Just awful. Luckily no problems getting a refund. But Mayne don't own a hotel or try to rent it out if it's a health hazard.

Very rude management. Upon my arrival I was received by an older gentleman who basically told me he didn't feel like checking me in, proceeded to cuss and swear and insisted that my service dog was not permitted. I calmly explained that ADA laws prevent him from not allowing her. He continued to cuss telling me that he didn't "G.A.F" because the owners said no animals and they own the property not ADA. When I asked for a refund so that I may go elsewhere he insisted that I hadn't paid (room was reserved through 3rd party online and paid in advance, receipt was on hand and provided) And insisted that I needed to leave because he wasn't permitting a dog. Then proceeded to ask me to provide proof of being a PSD and veteran status. After 30+ minutes, his wife arrived and decided to "allow" the

The plumbing was backed up from the beginning of the stay, but I already had the room paid for and my kids all there to leave. They charged us for the plumber even though the adjacent rooms were also having issues. There was a horrible septic tank smell permeating the room for the entire week we stayed. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no other choice like we did at the time.

There were roaches everywhere the place looked like it wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t want to stay due to the bad Mildew smell and roaches. The owners said they would give us a refund and then said they didn’t give refunds once you checked in. Said you had to go trough a site to get a refund. Once we requested one through the site they denied it. They were extremely rude I would not come back here ever.
