This place is wonderful. No one bothers you it's cozy, quiet and fullview of beauty that nature provides.

The previous manager here was very lacking in management skills. Let her dogs run and chase tenants, didn't make repairs, was continuously caught up in drama. Hailey and Dalton took over as the new management recently and have shaped the place up quickly! Clean, quiet property. Clean rooms. Repairs are made in a timely manner. Friendly approachable people that are ready to make your stay comfortable!

This place used to be awful, one of the most seediest places you could stay at in the Richmond area. It has been taken over by new management and not only have they remodeled the rooms and in the process of renovation on the rest they have also gotten rid of the bugs and turned the rooms into efficiency apts with a contract that people have to sign with rules on it in order to be able to stay. The new management is very accommodating and quick to answer any complaint. It helps that she lives here also so what effects the tenants effects her family as well. Utilities are all included plus fast wifi and roku t.v. provided in each room.

The rooms are very nice and clean. They keep the property picked up and nice. The people and management are very friendly. I would definitely recommend anybody on coming and staying here. Very nice and quite place to call home while you are here.

The new management can manage anything. They suck really bad. The rooms are nasty and they have bugs. And they also let there kids go into any body’s room. Stay away from this place.
