Richland Inn of Columbia

Last October our group returned to Columbia and the Richland Inn. This is our place to stay while in Columbia. One of our group members had an issue at check in after 6PM. Not sure just what the issue was, probably a miss communication. The next morning when Miss Rachel arrived for her workday she resolved this issue in a few minutes. As previously stated before, Miss Racheal is this why our group has returned to the Richland Inn for the past 15 years or so. When Miss Pam, who. previously worked at the Richland Inn she was the other one we worked with closely. Rooms for the most part are good. The breakfast could be improved somewhat. Management and owners have changed; however, Miss Racheal has remained the person that we like to see upon arrival. Thank you, Miss Rachael, for being there

I stayed at the Richland Inn Hotel in Columbia, Tennessee, and unfortunately my experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing. I accidentally left my Nixon watches in the drawer in the room, which was absolutely my mistake — however, what has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability when trying to recover my belongings. I have called numerous times over several months and have never been able to reach a manager. I was told I would receive a callback, but I have not heard from anyone. Every attempt to speak with someone results in being told a manager isn’t available. Mistakes happen — I understand that. But the lack of response, follow-up, or even basic courtesy is unacceptable. We have stayed at Richland Inn many times over the years. The rooms are always nice and clean and quiet. The suites are roomy and well equipped. Great deal for the price.

There was a large group of us that stayed last weekend and it was easy getting to where we needed to go and they are always friendly and helpful. Rachel is great!

OK place for just the night. We had toilet issues but beds were clean and comfortable. We skipped the breakfast bar it looked disgusting.
