Richard’s Pet Friendly Motel

I’m giving this rating solely because of Jennifer! I was so frustrated with all the other hotels I went to. She made it easy for me to find a place for me, my boyfriend, and my dog. She was upfront about the additional fees and deposit. Thank god. I was so stressed and now I’m finally laying in a bed. It all worked out. Cozy little room. A Fridge, a microwave, a closet, and a bathroom. I’m set. Thank you again Jennifer. Amazing customer service and great personality. Edit: wow I’m even more impressed! There’s a dog park with a grill and seating area.

Just recently, I had rented a room at Richards Pet Friendly motel. In light that I have been to this same location before,I returned. This was like my 3rd or 4th time. This most recent time,when I went to rerent my room,was unable to. With no reason given. Only difference to this reservation is that I am undergoing workman's compensation, have been in much pain,wobbling all over,walking slowly as well. Though I have been to this same location before, with proof of what I have, had to leave.

Horrible customer service. I called to check for room and about dogs, , they told me just bring dogs so they could look a them and approve and just hanged on me. I called again, to confirm if size us matter, now they told me yes, its 25 lb only. They could tell me right away, instead of telling me just drive there. Horrible experience

😊: Our stay was truly amazing. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room — it had a full kitchen, living area, and bathroom, all spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they care about the details. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were always available, helpful, and kind. They made us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is quite large, with several buildings on the same block, which makes everything easy and convenient. Another big plus: they offer a very affordable laundry service and free parking, which is a huge bonus nowadays. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. Nicer than we expected. And Steve at the front desk (I think that was his name...British Gentleman) was great... he'll be missed if he moves. I just wish they had proper sized shower curtains and did not play music in the morning outside our door (we didn't really want to be awake yet)...other than that it was quiet. Our dog loved it.
