Richard's Motel

One of my favorite Hotels to use when I’m visiting. Good location next to everything. Great price. Jennifer specifically was extremely helpful and polite. Goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Even when you may have ran into a mishap that could affect your mood. Her energy is contagious and uplifting.

I stayed at Richard’s Motel, and it was absolutely adorable! The place is super clean, quiet, and secure they even lock the gates at night so no outsiders can come in off the main road. Shawn at the front desk is such a sweetheart! He upgraded my room to a beautiful one upstairs, and I really appreciated his kindness. Everything was spotless and bug-free. Thank you, Shawn — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Reserved two night and the host stated our second night was in a different room. They charged us a fee to stay in the same room and expected us to pay hourly bc we did not check out. Also, extra charge for towels, pillows and blankets. Very shady and unwelcoming.

The woman at the reception, who is also the owner, was extremely rude. There was no service at all. They took my money without informing me in advance that it was non-refundable. The room was very dirty — hair everywhere and the floor was not cleaned. I do not recommend this place. There are many cheaper and cleaner hotels nearby with much better service.

This stay was great. Amazing customer service from Anna. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The room was very spacious and clean. Affordable too! I will be staying again.
