Rest EZ Campground

Lovely campground that is well kept! A relaxing place to spend your summer. Owners take pride in their campground, plan fun events for kids and adults, and nicely located for fishing, ATVs and family fun.

Rest EZ is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have been at. Not to mention the spacious sites. Kim and Bob take pride in their campground and it shows. We have enjoyed our stay every time. The name Rest Ez explains it all.

I recently stayed at Rest EZ Campground in Minong, WI, and it was an absolutely horrendous experience. I have to echo the sentiments of other reviewers who have had a bad experience. This place as nothing short of a prison camp. From the moment we arrived, the management was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The staff seemed more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than ensuring guests had a pleasant stay. The list of rules was endless and unreasonable, making it feel like we were being constantly monitored and policed. It was impossible to feel relaxed or comfortable, Kim and Bob stop by constantly and your butt seriously puckers when you hear their UTV come by. The campground is not filled, which is telling. **Awful Experience at Rest EZ Campground - Seasonal and Regular - Avoid at All Costs!** Our seasonal stay at Rest EZ Campground in Minong, WI, was a complete nightmare. So much so that we left after one month. The constant monitoring of all activities made it feel like we were under surveillance 24/7. It was impossible to relax or enjoy ourselves with the campground owners, Kim and Bob, policing our every move. Their behavior was incredibly unreasonable, especially when compared to other campgrounds we've stayed at. The name "Rest EZ" is completely misleading. This place is great! We come here once a year and have never had anything other great hospitality. The first stay that we had with them we hit a snag on the way up and they helped us get settled at 9pm and in the Dark. the owners helped us unhook and get set up for the night. every other stay we have had they have been extremely helpful. I love the fact that they pay close attention to what is going on in the campground at all times. We have been too many places where the owners or grounds keepers are absent and its been nothing but parties and noise through out the night. The campground it clean and well groomed with a lot of great people that seem to be seasonal campers. wish i could give them 10 stars.
